All dogs will be taken outdoors by leash to a pet-safe enclosure for the opportunity to relieve themselves. Dogs will remain outdoors to allow for ample potty breaks and play time in an open area. All dogs will be taken out five times per day. Cats will receive a clean litter-pan each morning and night, and pans will be cleaned of messes throughout day to ensure your pet’s comfort. All pets will be fed and watered with clean and sanitized bowls at each feeding. Pets will always have fresh, clean water available to them.
Although our outdoor enclosure is fully fenced, and designed to eliminate the possibility for pets climbing over, AAAPC is not responsible for injury or escape if this were to occur.
Our goal is to take excellent care of your pets so that you do not have to worry while you are away. Occasionally, a pet may become ill while separated from his/her family. We will make every effort to contact you if any illnesses / injuries / incidents occur with your pet, however if we are unable to make contact we will treat your pet accordingly. You will be responsible for all charges that are incurred due to treatment/diagnosis at the time of picking up your pet from boarding.
If your pet is not picked up 10 days after expected check-out date, and no contact has been made by the owner or emergency contact person your pet will be considered relinquished to and property of AAAPC. Additional boarding charges will be applied to your account.
